Technology company Bellevue BitTitan buys software launch Perspectium

Technology company Bellevue BitTitan announced on Tuesday that it has acquired Perspectium, a software startup in San Deigo.

The financial terms of the deal, which is expected to close in 30 days, have not been announced.

BitTitan said the acquisition will help expand its services. The company is focused on helping IT providers move their business customers to cloud computing services offered by Microsoft, Google և Amazon. It served 46,000 customers, according to a BitTitan press release.

Perspectium CEO David Lu will join BitTitan as its CEO, the report said. At Perspectium, he found a way to automate the transfer of information between disconnected software applications, often used by corporate giants, by connecting them to allow fast data transfer across platforms.
