The average number of passengers at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport checked by the Transportation Safety Board (TSA) during the week of March 21 was 26,000, up 278% from the same period last year, according to SEA Airport statistics. And yet, this year the number was still 59% lower than it was at the same time in 2019, before the epidemic hit և people were traveling to ատ Spring Vacation. On Monday, the day after Easter, SeaTac passengers faced long queues for the first time in a year, and activity is expected to continue.
