Karatini’s 2 runs in Padres are 3-1 ahead of the Giants

SAN DIEGO (AP) – Victor Caratini hit a tie-break, two-run home run, and Yu Darwish had six strong starters for the San Diego Padres, who hit 3 on Tuesday night. Defeated the San Francisco Giants by 1 point.

Padres won a few hours after receiving the news that star-studded Fernando Tatis Jr. is expected to avoid surgery for a partially dislocated left shoulder. Grandma was included in the list of those injured for 10 days, և “Padres” did not set a schedule for her return.

Caratini’s first concert with San Diego took two shots to the right with Matt Whistler (0-1), one final in the seventh, breaking the tie at 1 p.m. South Korean newcomer Kim Ha-Seong, who started with a short line instead of Tatis, was walking.

Karatin is Darwish’s personal attraction. They were acquired by the Chicago Cubs on December 29, the same day Padres acquired Blake Snell from Tampa Bay Rays.

Darwish allowed one run – three strokes, while seven strokes – one walked. He left with a score equal to 1, unable to make a decision for the second consecutive start. He had no right to win on opening day when he came out of the 4/2 innings after San Diego’s 8-7 victory over Arizona.

Keone Kela (1-0) made the perfect seventh and Mark Melanono made the perfect ninth for his third save. Padres retired in the last 13 giant battles.

Darwish allowed Brandon Crawford’s supporter to come out of the center right from his third.

San Diego equalized it in the lower half on Eric Hosmer’s single RBI.

Newcomer to the Giants Aaron Sanchez went through five innings, allowing one run – six hits with four hits – without a walk.

Giants. 2B Tommy La Stella was a late scratch from the starting lineup, with pressure on the upper back but hitting in the eighth. In second place, Wilmer Flores replaced La Stella, and Mike Yastrzemski moved on, coming out on top.

Padres. Grandma underwent an MRI scan, which showed a laboratory tear in her left shoulder, and the team felt that rest and recovery were the best course of action. General manager AJ Preller said Padres did not think they would endanger Tatis if he continued to play this season. In the third blow on Monday evening, Tatis was injured by a heavy swing.

Giants. RHP Kevin Gausman (0-0, 1.35 ERA) is scheduled to start the series final. He had a terrific opening day, allowing only one run when the seventh came out, but made no decision after the sailors rallied for an 8-7 victory.

Padres. Snell (0-0, 0.00) is planning his second start for Padres, looking for his first win in a 4-2 win over Arizona on Friday4. 2/3 after a pointless match.
