Free Pros and Cons:
The first question I got to start my experience of working cheaply at home was whether I subscribed to a fitness program or free YouTube streaming training. Both are basically video tutorials that guide you through your workouts.

Leaving those problems aside, I was able to do all the exercises shown on this YouTube և they left me windy and sweaty. I can not complain much about the free cost. Most importantly, yoga with Adriene managed to make me feel less dead inside.
What do you get when you pay?
To compare YouTube videos of free exercise videos with paid experience, I subscribed to Peloton և Apple Fitness Plus with the best box on my Apple TV. I have been training using both products for the last two months.
Peloton և Apple Fitness Plus addressed many of the issues with free exercise content.
For one, the workouts were classified according to the type of training, including yoga, strength training – the main, then – the difficulty or duration of training. It took a while to choose a workout.

Make yourself a Peloton
So what about spin bikes? If you want the technical details of Peloton but do not want to spend on equipment, there are two basic approaches.
